Whatever you’re into — whether that be lifting weights, yoga, pilates, calisthenics, gymnastics, tennis, etc. — I’ll make it into a workout for you catered to your goals and abilities.

I spent 14 years training as a gymnast and another 10 years coaching gymnastics, which gave me a profound understanding of movement, strength, and body awareness. Now, as a certified personal trainer, I combine this expertise to guide and support your unique fitness journey.

My training approach is uniquely crafted to accommodate neurodivergent clients, offering patience, flexibility, and personalized strategies that honor how you experience and engage with exercise.

I provide a diverse range of exercise forms—from gymnastics-inspired strength and mobility to functional training and mindful movement—ensuring every session is engaging, accessible, and effective. Together, we’ll build your confidence, improve your physical and mental well-being, and create sustainable habits that celebrate your individuality.
